Our Staff

Teachers are state-certified with a Bachelor of Science in Education. All of our teachers and teacher assistants are certified in First Aid and Fire Safety.

The monthly newsletter highlights some of our activities and visitors, so that you can share in your child's day.

Parent - Teacher Conferences will be scheduled at the parent's or teacher's request. Progress reports are issued in January and June.

Our Facility
Miss Joan's Little School is a Private School dually licensed by the State Board of Private Academic Schools, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the Department of Welfare.

Our daycare meets and exceeds the requirements of the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Resources, Department of Health, and the Department of Labor and Industry.

Our facility is oriented to the daycare child. Our center has been planned and designed to allow the student a child-size world around them. Our classrooms are spacious and modern. The playgrounds are completely enclosed and there is a separate playground for the two-year-old class.
